Do vomiting 6 hours after taking the birth control pill affect its effectiveness?

Good morning, I take Vibin tablets from half a year regularly at 21. Recently, in the second week of taking tablets ( 11 tablets) was taken at 21, but I vomited about 3 at night. I was not sure if the tablet certainly absorbed during this time so I almost immediately took a new active tablet. Has the protection in this case been maintained? Best regards
