Nie należy stosować łącznie leku Pramolan oraz preparatu Betmiga, chyba, że lekarz prowadzący zadecydował inaczej.

Lek Betmiga zawiera mirabegron, który jest inhibitorem izoenzymu wątrobowego CYP2D6:

Łączne stosowanie inhibitorów izoenzymu CYP2D6 oraz leku Pramolan powoduje zwiększenia stężenia opipramolu we krwi.
