Can light yellow-brown staining and lower abdominal pain mean pregnancy?

Hello, During the use of 1 and 2 packs of Vines experienced withdrawal bleeding from day 3 of placebo tablets and lasted 5 days. During the 3 packs there was a condom-free ratio without ejaculation on the 22nd day of Vines use, and on the 3rd and 4th day of taking placebo tablets there was a slight yellow-brown staining and lower abdomen pain. Could this mean pregnancies? Is the body still getting used to hormonal contraception?

Do @Michell:

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
