Sness and abdominal pain instead of withdrawal bleeding - as evidenced?

Hello! For 3 months I have been taking Vibin mini tablets, previously I took Vines but they did not serve me. Today I should bare 24 tablet with blister and get withdrawal bleeding. Meanwhile, I have quite severe pain in the lower abdomen and slightly brown spotting, is it my bleeding, occurs in such a form? I would like to know if it's normal or something is wrong?

Plamienie i ból w podbrzuszu najprawdopodobniej zwiastują nadchodzące krwawienie z odstawienia.
