Do I need to protect myself after 7 days after taking the antibiotic?

Good morning, even if the 7th day after the antibiotic falls exactly on the day of taking the last active tablet from the blister, then on the 8th day after the antibiotic (i.e. taking the first placebo tablet) am I already protected? Unfortunately, I won't have a new package then, only 3 days later I have a doctor's appointment and I will pick up the prescription, so I won't be able to skip the bleeding break
