What if I still don't have a period and the pregnancy tests are negative?

Witam.Kochałam august with a boy (21March2021r.) however, there was no ejaculation in the sheath. After 4 days of expected menstruation, I did a test and it was negative. I also put it back today-April 6th and eynik was also negative. However, I still do not have a period and jescze add, it hurts me in the lower abdomen. Please advice.
