Is it good that the doctor told me to use Vibin Mini after a month?

Yesterday I was at the gynecologist and prescribed vibin mini drugs and said that I can start taking from yesterday despite the fact that the period theoretically i have turned but I still have spotting. Is that a good thing? Yesterday and today I took one tablet.
