Can watery vaginal mucus indicate ovulation if I am taking birth control pills?

Hello, I am in the process of taking 4 tablets from a new blister (this is already my 3rd blister) 3 days ago I had intercourse, ended in me. Today I noticed watery vaginal mucus, normally I always had white and gestures or no gestures. Could it be a sign of ovulation? I would like to add that I take the pills regularly, I did not miss any of them, I did not have vomiting or diarrhea and I do not take any medication except furagin.

Watery vaginal discharge is completely normal. This is a physiological state. More here:

Please help
40 weeks ago, I had unprotected sex in which my ex-partner ended up inside me. Since then, I have done a lot of urine and blood pregnancy tests - each negative. I also visited several gynaecologists at that time and each of them ruled out pregnancy after an ultrasound. However, for a few days I have been feeling wet in my panties, I have a clear liquid, there is not much of it, but I feel like it is pouring out of me from time to time. I'm a bit schize as that 40 weeks or could it be amniotic fluid? Gynaecologists denied my pregnancy through vaginal examinations after 10-18 weeks after intercourse, so then a transabdominal examination should have already been performed, could they still tell me that I was not pregnant? What is this liquid? Why I'm always wet
