Rhodiola has adaptogenic and mood-enhancing effects. It may increase the antidepressant effect of the medications used and cause side effects (e.g. overstimulation, confusion, sleep disorders). Pharmacological studies investigating the effects of rhodiol on hepatic metabolism did not indicate a risk of significant pharmacokinetic interactions. Nevertheless, I recommend caution in taking this supplement in your case.

Cordyceps increases energy levels and improves the body's physical performance. It is difficult to predict the body's reaction to combining this type of supplements with medications, because the number of tests carried out is limited. I suggest starting supplementation with small doses and in case of side effects (overstimulation, dizziness and headaches), stop using the preparation.
