Segosana (oseltamivir) and Pyralgina (metamizole) are not known to reduce the effectiveness of hormonal contraceptives, including Naraya pills. They do not enter into significant interactions affecting its operation.
When it comes to spotting after an illness - taking these drugs alone is unlikely to be a direct cause. Spotting is more often the result of infection and weakness of the body, fever, stress, or vomiting or diarrhea (which can interfere with the absorption of the tablet). A one-time, slight spotting after an illness is usually not a cause for concern. However, if it recurs, is abundant or is accompanied by other symptoms, it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
