Hello, I took Vixpo for a month and the doctor changed my pills to Jeanine. I shortened the Vixpo break and when I got withdrawal bleeding on day 2 of the placebo I started 1 tablet of Jeanine. Am I protected against pregnancy or do I need to protect myself if I shortened this break and didn't start using Jeanine immediately after the Vixpo active pill?

Yes, contraceptive protection is maintained because the interval between pills has not been extended and Jeanine's start occurred during a standard hormonal break.
Shortening the interval does not reduce the effectiveness of contraception, and starting a new preparation on day 2 of withdrawal bleeding is acceptable. There is also no need for additional protection, as long as Vixpo tablets have been taken correctly and without omissions. In case of doubts or unusual symptoms, it is worth consulting a doctor.
