If your prescriber did not have information about other medicines you use, I encourage you to consult again to assess the safety of the therapy in your case. As a general rule, Trittico and Duxet do not interact significantly with Ryeqo, however, concomitant use of Trittico and Ryeqo may increase the risk of cardiac arrhythmias.
In addition, the simultaneous use of Trittico and Duxet may increase the risk of side effects or exacerbate existing ones - their simultaneous use may cause an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain. This may result in serotonin syndrome, its symptoms include, for example, fever, sweating, increased heart rate, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood changes, loss of consciousness, diarrhoea, (uncontrollable) muscle spasms. The risk of these symptoms depends on the patient's tolerance to the preparations taken and the doses used. If both medications have been prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the doctor's recommendations.
Toothache is not listed among the side effects of the drugs used. I encourage you to contact your dentist.
