To @ola:
You can combine two blisters of Elin active tablets and you do not need to take a 7-day break.
According to the package leaflet of Elin:
"If the patient wants to delay menstruation, she should stop taking the tablets from the current blister. The next blister should start the next day, without taking a break. Continue taking the tablets as usual.
Unexpected bleeding or spotting may occur on the days of taking the tablets from the second blister, but this is not a cause for concern. Taking the tablets from the next blister should be started after the usual 7-day break, even if bleeding or spotting persists."
I attach a link to check the availability of Elin and make a reservation in the pharmacy of your choice:

Hello, can I skip the 7-day break once with elin tablets and start a new package right away?

Yes, maybe you can take a standard 7-day break.

In such a situation, there is a risk of pregnancy, but it is small, as you have already used the pills correctly for 5 days.
After 7-8 days after intercourse, you can perform a follow-up test of the beta level of HCG. If it is below 0.2, pregnancy can be ruled out.
Now, in the second week of taking the pills, I feel a stomach ache like before menstruation
Intercourse did not take place in the week before taking the pills, only after taking 5 already from the new package

In such a situation, there is a risk of pregnancy.
According to the manufacturer: "(...)In addition, for the next 7 days, she should use
barrier method, e.g. condom. If in the week preceding the omission
If you have taken the pill to have sexual intercourse, you should take into account the possibility of becoming pregnant."
In such a situation, it would be best to consult your gynaecologist or pharmacist at the pharmacy. More here:
