Can I increase the dose of Concor Cor from 3.75 mg to 5 mg on my own with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and the use of Polphenone?

I've been taking concor cor 3.75 and 2 times polphenone for a year.can I increase concor cor to 5 mg.I feel pressure and faster heartbeat.I suffer from paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.

Concor Cor affects the rhythm and rate of the heart, so you should not increase the dose on your own, especially when using Polphenone at the same time – both drugs affect conduction and may slow down the heart rhythm excessively.

Symptoms such as tightness and faster heartbeat can mean insufficient rhythm control, but also other problems that require medical evaluation. The safest thing to do is to contact a cardiologist to determine the right dose or modify the therapy.
