I mistakenly took 3 Vibin mini tablets at once - what should I do now?
13.00 zł

I took three vibin mini tablets at a time. I forgot to take it on Tuesday, so I took Tuesday and Wednesday, but when the reminder rang, I automatically took one more, so three came out. I don't have sex, I take pills because of the isotek and painful periods.
Should I not take the pill tomorrow now? Since it was taken today? Should I stop taking the drug altogether? The third tablet was the first tablet in the 3rd row. Please give me instructions on what to do now.

Tomorrow you should take the pill at a fixed time to maintain the continuity of contraception. Taking a triple dose of the drug may (but does not have to) cause transient side effects (e.g. spotting, abdominal pain). Due to the mistake, the day of the withdrawal bleeding will change, because you will finish the current blister faster. To return to the old pill regimen, you should shorten the placebo period by as many days as you like.

In case of any doubts, I encourage you to use the teleconsultation with a gynaecologist - the service is available in the e-visit tab:
