Hello, I've been taking Orliflique tablets for 5 years, I have a problem because I forgot to take 1 tablet from the new blister - I should have taken it at 10 pm on Wednesday and I took it today at 1 pm, which has been more than 12 hours. In the last 7 days, intercourse took place on Sunday, but the partner did not inside. What are the chances of pregnancy and does it make sense to take ellaOne pill?

If there is no ejaculation of semen in the vagina, there are no grounds for taking the EllaOne tablet.
For the first 7 days of using the tablets from the new blister, the protection may be reduced, so a condom should be used during intercourse as a preventive measure.
If Sunday's intercourse did not end with semen ejaculating in the vagina, there is no reason to fear that you may have become pregnant. Taking EllaOne is not advisable as it may disrupt the cycle and then it will be necessary to use a condom until the end of the current blister. All the more I advise against this type of conduct.
