Will painkillers work after surgery if I have been taking Skudexa for two months?

I have a procedure for lumbar hernia, and I take 1x a day skudexe for 2 months. My question is whether surgical and painkillers will work on me after the operation.

Before performing the procedure, you should inform your doctor about all the medications you are currently taking - this is necessary to assess the risk and choose the optimal treatment around surgery. Skudexa should not be taken for a long time. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the duration of treatment should be up to 5 days, and then treatment with other preparations should be initiated. Long-term use of drugs containing tramadol (e.g. Skudex) can lead to the development of tolerance and addiction. Your doctor may recommend a gradual reduction in dose to minimize the risk of withdrawal symptoms and suggest other painkillers after surgery.
