I have a question, for 2 years I have been taking duloxtetin 60mg for anxiety disorders, I have not had any side effects on this dose, I have been on the 90mg dose for months, initially on this dose, I had serious intestinal problems, diarrhea, etc., but I managed to stabilize, in recent days I have appeared joint and bone pains all over my body, e.g. for a while my shoulder hurts, Later hands, hips, etc. Can this drug cause such effects?

Musculoskeletal pain, muscle cramps or increased muscle tension are one of the common side effects of duloxetine. It occurs in up to every 10th person using this drug.
If the symptoms do not improve within the next 2 weeks (it will be about 6 weeks after the dose is increased from 60 to 90 mg), you should consult your doctor. You may need to revert to 60 mg.
Side effects observed should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
We write about why adverse drug reactions should be reported here:

At the moment, you should use topical painkillers in the form of ointments or gels, which can be purchased at the pharmacy without a prescription. I'm attaching a link to a helpful post:
