The daily dose has not been exceeded. According to the manufacturer of Dexaven:
'General dosing guidelines: From 4 to 16 mg/day, exceptionally up to 32 mg/day. Usually, a single dose is between 4 and 8 mg. If necessary, the dose may be repeated at appropriate intervals several times a day."
