To ensure that the protection is maintained, the first Qlaira tablet should be taken the day after the 21st active tablet of Sylvie 30 (i.e. after the last Sylvie tablet, excluding the withdrawal bleeding break) – then the protection will be maintained and there is no need to use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom.
