I skipped the last Elin pill - can I start the break earlier and is the effectiveness maintained?
52.00 zł

Hello
I have been taking Elin for 4 years. I skipped the last pill from the package, i.e. I was supposed to take it until Saturday, and I took it on Friday. On Saturday, I had intercourse. Is contraception preserved and can I take the first pill from the next blister the day before? Thank you

If you have not taken the last tablet at all, you can start your withdrawal bleeding break early. Remember to start the next pack earlier - the break cannot last longer than 7 days. In this case, the effectiveness of the tablets is maintained, provided that the medicine is used correctly in the week before the missed dose.
