Is it normal for me to either have no bleeding at all or last 20 days while using Slinda?

I've been taking slinda for 5 months, I started it because the previous pill gave me a lot of headaches in the long run (stopped after 5 years). This seems to me to be better in this respect, but it happens to me that maybe for a month I have no bleeding and then the next month I have constant spotting for 20 days. Can it be a side effect that is okay or better to worry about?
Thank you

Irregular bleeding and/or amenorrhea is a common side effect of Slinda. If you have taken the medicine correctly and you have not missed a tablet, there is no reason to worry about it not working. Severe ailments, especially chronic mid-cycle spotting, should be consulted with a gynecologist. Migraine headaches are a contraindication to the use of combined pills, so in your case the "mini-pill" is a better solution.
