Hello, I have been taking symbella contraceptive pills for half a year. Yesterday I started a new package and took the pill normally, and today I took two by mistake (after taking the first one I fell asleep for half an hour and when I woke up I thought I hadn't taken it). In this case, is the contraceptive effectiveness maintained and I am protected? Now I am missing one tablet, but I will get it from a spare blister.

To @Ola:
Yes, the effectiveness is still maintained.
And if the situation repeated itself in this packaging again, does it still not affect the effectiveness?

Taking the second tablet does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of Symbella. Subsequent tablets should be taken at the same time.
Taking an additional tablet may increase the risk of side effects, such as spotting.
