I took 3 instead of 4 placebo pills, is this a cause for concern?

Excuse me, my pill is Drospil and it is made up of 24 active pills and 4 placebos, I had two blisters close together and I made a mistake in taking the 25th pill, that is, instead of taking the first placebo, I took another active pill from the other blister and so I took 25 active pills and 3 placebo pills and then I started a new blister correctly but I didn't get my period... Could it be because I took an extra active pill?

Sometimes it happens that withdrawal bleeding does not occur while using hormonal contraception. If you have been taking the drug correctly so far and there are no factors that may reduce the effectiveness of contraception, there is no reason to worry. Yes, the lack of withdrawal bleeding may have been affected by taking fewer placebo tablets.
