Can Slinda cause hot flashes?

Hello, I have been taking the slinda contraceptive pill for 1 year and two months, since I have been taking it I no longer have my period. In the last period I have a lot of hot flashes even if the outside temperature is 7 degrees, I feel like I'm on fire. Is this related? Should I stop the slinda?

Slinda may cause hot flashes, although this is not a commonly seen side effect. If you also have hypertension or other ailments that were not present before, e.g. shortness of breath, headache - a consultation with a doctor is recommended. If the side effects are severe and make it difficult to function on a daily basis, you may need to change your contraceptive method.
