13.00 zł

I struggle very often with weak immunity because I am seriously ill for several weeks I have been using vitamin d3 4000, cod liver oil, purple coneflower, ultimate probiotics, black beige, omega 3 6 9 and vitamin C, is it a good set or can you add anything else and I feel very tired because I am being treated for depression and anxiety disorders, I take magnesium, potassium, zinc, coenzyme, vitamin B complex, electrolytes, are there any other supplements to minimize this fatigue?

You are using the preparation correctly, as we have already communicated in this post:

https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/125018/prosze-mi-powiedziec-przez-jaki-okres-stosuje-sie-ten-preparat-i

However, the treatment should not be used for a long time. Without consulting a doctor, it should not last longer than 2 months.

Taking so many supplements is not advisable. Perhaps in the first place, it is worth reporting to your doctor that you feel very tired during treatment with anxiolytics.
On this basis, the specialist will be able to modify the treatment, e.g. add a drug from the group of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors - since these are prescription drugs, their use must be decided by a doctor.

Taking so many supplements may not bring good results, but it may work just the opposite. Especially since these drugs can interact with the medications you are taking.

It is worth staying, m.in. with taking vitamin D3 and Omega acids. However, you should not abuse vitamin C or preparations with echinacea - such behavior can disrupt the digestive system and negatively affect the absorption of regularly taken medications.

It may be worth doing basic blood tests, including electrolyte levels. Therefore, it is all the more important to consult your attending physician. Taking magnesium or potassium may turn out to be unjustified, so you should first test their level in the blood.

It may be worth considering taking adaptogens - after consulting a doctor. More here:
