Can I be pregnant if the day after intercourse the beta HCG was 0.3 mIU/ml and 34 days after the intercourse it increased to 1.24 mIU/ml?

Why was the beta hcg blood test taken 24 days after intercourse 0.307, and then repeated 34 days after 1.24? Is pregnancy possible or does such an increase mean nothing and what can it be from? In my laboratory, pregnant women are the result of <5

Such an increase means nothing. Values below 5 mIU/ml mean that you are not pregnant. The level of beta-HCG hormone can change during the cycle, which is why it was 0.307 mIU/ml in your case once, and 1.24 mIU/ml again. Nevertheless, both results indicate that there is no pregnancy.
If you were a month pregnant, the level of beta HCG would be much higher, from about 200 to even 7 thousand mIU/ml. Therefore, it can be said with certainty that you are not pregnant.
