Daytime sleepiness may occur in the first few days of treatment with Trittico, which usually disappears over time. The therapeutic effect of the drug usually appears after a week of use, so be patient. If you do not feel the effects of the treatment, you should report this fact to your doctor. The doctor will then decide on a possible modification of the therapy.
