Relanium should only be used if your doctor tells you to do so and only if you have severe sleep disturbances that prevent you from living a normal life. Treatment should be started with the lowest possible dose (2 mg) and taken for as short a time as possible (maximum 4 weeks in case of insomnia). The dose is selected by the doctor based on a detailed interview with the patient and test results.
