Is it possible to take the contraceptive pill once an hour later?

She takes birth control pills every day at 6 a.m. Can I accept exceptionally tomorrow at 7, because I will receive the test results at 7 and I want to be sure that everything is fine. I have been taking tablets generally for 12 days. These are 24+4 tablets

And if I took the last hormonal pill at 7 p.m., then a week of placebo and I took the first active pill after placebo around 9 p.m., it doesn't reduce it either?

To @Ania:

This does not reduce the effectiveness of contraception.

Good morning. I take tablets about 20 vibin every day. Yesterday I finished the placebo and today I took the first pill from the new package but at 9 p.m., does it reduce the effectiveness ? I have been taking pills for 2 years. I'm asking because it was the first blister pill after the placebo pills

To @Monika: Yes, contraceptive protection is preserved.

And if I took Vibin tablets at 19:40 and today I took the first tablet from a new blister an hour later, is the protection maintained? Before starting this blister I took the tablets at 19:40 and today I started a new blister and took the first tablet at 20:40.
