Egzysta (pregabalin) can be used with Aciprex (escitalopram) if your doctor has told you to. Using these drugs at the same time can, m.in increase the risk of hyponatremia (low sodium levels in the blood). There are no contraindications to combining these drugs with hormonal contraception - they do not affect its effectiveness.
