There is no evidence that flunarizine affects the metabolism of hormones in the contraceptive pill, including Jeanine. So you can use both drugs at the same time, with a time interval of about 2-3 hours between them. However, it is worth bearing in mind that headaches, including migraines, are one of the potential side effects of hormonal contraceptives. This effect is mainly related to the estrogen content of the contraceptive pill, although progestogens can also have an effect.
