Good morning, I have been taking triptych for 6 months 150 mg, before bedtime, now I would like to gradually reduce the dose and then suspend completely, how should I do, thank you very much, my neurologist told me to take half a pill for 2 weeks then stop completely, but I am so afraid of the opposite effect, thank you very much for the answer

Dose reduction should be done according to your doctor's instructions. Follow the instructions given and use half a tablet for two weeks and then discontinue the drug. Gradual reduction of the dose is aimed at avoiding withdrawal symptoms such as nausea, headaches and malaise. If you experience side effects despite using the prescribed dosing regimen, report this to your doctor.
