It is usually not recommended to combine antidepressants with a similar mechanism of action unless specifically indicated by a doctor.

As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information: The current medical literature does not mention guidelines that indicate the concomitant use of Trittico and Miansec. Due to the fact that these drugs have similar mechanisms of action as antidepressants, being serotonin 5-HT2A receptor antagonists, concomitant use of these drugs could lead to amplification of side effects or interactions.

During the simultaneous use of these drugs, the patient may experience excessive drowsiness, weakness, dizziness, impaired concentration. In addition, these medicines can adversely affect the liver, cause a drop in blood pressure and a decrease in the number of white blood cells, thus increasing the risk of bacterial, viral or fungal infections. There is also a risk of arrhythmias.
