What should I do if I want to change my prescription for high blood pressure?

I take ramo 1 mg of doxar, but after that I have headaches, dizziness, fatigue and more frequent urination, and at night I take 40 mg of valsacor, while if the atmospheric pressure is low to 1000 hPa then in the morning they do not take anything, whether the dose of half a tablet with 10 mg of carnidin will be weaker than 1 mg of doxar, or possibly another weak sartan in the morning. Ginkofar 40 mg also lowers blood pressure. Ideally, I should have one sartan drug, slightly stronger than 40 mg of valsacor but weaker than 80 mg

The maximum effect of Doxar occurs 4-6 hours after taking the drug. The effect of the drug lasts for 24 hours.

On the other hand, the maximum effect of Karnidin occurs 1.5-3 hours after administration of the drug. The therapeutic activity of the drug is 24 h.

Both drugs lower blood pressure by reducing vascular resistance and do not belong to the sartan group. Drugs belong to different groups and can have different therapeutic effects. Any changes in the dosage of medications should be consulted with a doctor.

The effect of Ginkofar (with ginkgo) on blood pressure has not been described. The preparation has the effect of improving blood flow in the brain, dilating blood vessels and preventing platelet aggregation.
