The decision on the type of hormonal contraception should be made by a gynaecologist, after performing ultrasound examinations and assessing the current medical situation. Qlaira are sequential tablets - they contain different amounts of hormones and should be taken in a specific order (changes in hormone concentrations in the tablets are supposed to be best suited to the woman's body and reduce the risk of side effects). In the case of Yaz tablets, each tablet has the same composition.
