If I mistakenly took two Symbella contraceptive pills, will the effectiveness be maintained?

Hello, if I mistakenly took two Symbella contraceptive pills (the second one half an hour after the first one), will the effectiveness be maintained? I have an extra pack for these situations and can I choose one tablet from a different pack so that I can still take 21 tablets and not shorten the taking of the tablets this month by that one missing tablet?

Taking two tablets may cause temporary cycle disorders (e.g. mid-cycle spotting or abdominal pain), but this will not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the medicine.

Summary of Product Characteristics for potential overdose:

"There is no information regarding the severe, harmful effects of overdose. The following symptoms may occur: nausea, vomiting and minor vaginal bleeding, especially in young girls."

You can take the 21st tablet from the spare pack and not shorten the cycle - this is one of the procedures to deal with in such situations.
