Can uterine polyps crumble?

Good morning, does the cervical polyp bleed, and can it crumble on its own

Yes, uterine polyps can cause bleeding. Uterine polyps rarely "crumble" on their own. A polyp may fall off, but it usually doesn't happen on its own. If the polyp is on a short peduncle, there is a possibility that it can break off and out of the uterus as a result of bleeding or donating blood during menstruation. However, whether or not a polyp falls off on its own, it usually requires treatment and monitoring by a doctor, as polyps can be a symptom of other health problems, such as hormonal imbalances or cancer.
