The combination of opioid analgesics (Transtec) with anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. Ibuprofen) or Paracetamol or Pyralgine is usually quite effective and carries a low risk of side effects. Do not use several anti-inflammatory drugs at the same time due to the possibility of side effects.
