I should take Magnesium, Berberine, Folic Acid, Inositol, Vitamin D, Curcumin and Omega 3 - should I take these pills all at once?

Hello, I have problems with hormones, I know that I should take magnesium, berberine, folic acid, inositol, vitamin D, curcumin and omega 3 acids. My question is, should I take these pills all at once, or can one of them not be taken together?

I don't think there are any contraindications to taking the above supplements as part of one treatment, but it's worth separating the preparations and taking them at intervals or at different times of the day. This minimizes the risk of malabsorption and stomach irritation. If the treatment has been prescribed by a doctor, you can find out in what order the listed products are to be taken (it may turn out that the supplements should be implemented in stages).
