I take pills regularly, this is the first time this has happened to me. On the 17th day of the cycle, after taking the Axia Conti tablet, I vomited at 6 p.m. after 30-40 minutes. Because I vomited all night, I didn't take an extra pill. I took another pill the next day at 6 p.m. I didn't take a break or start taking a new blister. Will I get spotting this month? Should I take placebo pills or go straight to a new pack

Information in the summary of product characteristics:
"A woman should take the last missed tablet as soon as she remembers, even if it means taking two tablets at the same time. You should then continue taking your tablets at the usual time until you run out of active tablets. The four tablets in the last row of packs (placebo tablets) should be discarded. Start taking the tablets from the next blister immediately. Withdrawal bleeding should not occur until the end of the active tablets in the second pack, but spotting or mid-cycle bleeding may occur during the days when the woman is taking the tablets."
If you have not taken the missed tablet, your contraceptive effectiveness may be reduced and you will need to take extra protection during intercourse for the next 7 days. If there has been intercourse in the preceding days, pregnancy should be ruled out.
