All pregnancy tests taken after such a long time from the scheduled date of menstruation should show a reliable result. Lack of menstrual bleeding may have other causes, e.g. infections, hormonal disorders, psychological problems (long-term stress, eating disorders), etc. First of all, I suggest you go to a gynaecologist for an examination in order to rule out diseases within the genital tract. It is advisable to have blood tests (your doctor will probably also order a check on your hormone levels).
