Contraception in the cold: what to do?
Good morning, I forgot the single-ingredient contraceptive pill "Slinda" from the car, they were lying in the cold -5/-3 for about 8 hours, I ran to the car at the time of taking and took the pill, then something touched me that maybe they were lying in the cold for too long and may be less effective (I am in the 1st cycle of taking it, i.e. the first week after a 4 day break). I took the tablet from my extra blister that I kept correctly, did I do the right thing?

If Slinda tablets are stored for several hours in the cold, they may freeze, which may adversely affect their effectiveness.

If you have just taken a pill from an additional pack, your contraceptive protection will be retained.
