Pregabalin and escitalopram (the active substances Pragiola and Escitalopram Actavis) are two different medicines, usually used for different purposes. Pregabalin is often used to treat neuropathic pain, epilepsy, and some anxiety disorders, while escitalopram is an antidepressant that belongs to the group of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).
