Can I still add Relanium despite using clonazepam?

I'm taking medications clonazepamum 2mg, oxydolor 80mg, pregabalin 300mg, mianserin 60mg and the doctor additionally added Relanium 5mg on an ad hoc basis
And I mean relanium, I have trouble sleeping and I have to take this relanium 1 tab on an ad hoc basis in case of trouble falling asleep and does it make sense to take relanium when I already have clonazepam?

Such a combination should be used very carefully and observe the body's reaction.
The addition of Relanium may increase the hypnotic effect of clonazepam. It also increases the risk of side effects like breathing disorders, increased drowsiness and dizziness. If you experience any worrying symptoms, consult your doctor.
