The preparations you mentioned are not registered in Poland under these names. However, these are preparations whose active substances require medical preordination. The issue of combining them can only be done after consultation with a doctor.
Bupropion is used, among other things, for depression.
Prednol 16 mg contains methylprednisolone and is used as an anti-inflammatory drug.
Minoset 500 mg contains the active ingredient paracetamol for pain.
Esom 40 mg contains the active substance esomeprazole and is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Tetradox 100 mg contains the active substance doxycycline and is an antibiotic.
To sum up, if the above-mentioned medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, you should inform each of them about the preparations used.
Based solely on known interactions, it can be concluded that combining bupropion with Prednol 16 mg may increase the risk of seizures in certain situations. However, this is not always the case and does not occur in every patient. If in doubt, it is best to talk to the doctor who prescribed the drug for a specific condition.
On the other hand, combining bupropion with Minoset 500 mg should not result in any interaction.
The combination of Esom 40 mg with bupropion also does not cause interactions. The same is true for Tetradox 100 mg.
With regard to the second part of the question, according to the summary of product characteristics containing bupropion, bupropion has been shown not to significantly increase blood pressure in patients without depression, including stage of hypertension. However, in clinical practice, hypertension, which in some cases can be severe and requires intensive treatment, has been reported in patients taking bupropion. These observations were made in patients with pre-existing hypertension and in patients without a history of hypertension. Baseline blood pressure should be determined at initiation of treatment with subsequent monitoring of blood pressure, especially in patients with pre-existing hypertension. Discontinuation of treatment should be considered if a clinically significant increase in blood pressure is observed.
To sum up, there are cases of patients who have had a problem with the increase in blood pressure, even though they did not suffer from hypertension before. Therefore, you should measure your blood pressure regularly and inform your doctor about any symptoms you observe.
