If I haven't taken a bleeding break between NuvaRing discs, is it normal to spot while wearing the second disc?
Good morning
They are in second Nuvaring, I did not take a break between the two to be able to skip the menstrual cycle but since I entered the second one (3 weeks ago) I have spotting continuously, every day, continuously. Is this normal?

Spotting in this case is a typical symptom and should not be alarming.
The situation should normalize in the following cycles.
Skipping a withdrawal bleeding break increases the risk of spotting and mid-cycle bleeding. This is a typical phenomenon.
