Is it possible to combine Elicea, Stilnox and Airbufo Forspiro?

Good morning, I am being treated for anxiety disorders, so I take Elicea 20mg every day, for a week due to upper respiratory tract infections I take Airbufo Forspiro 2 doses 2 times a day (morning and evening). Can I take Stilnox temporarily if I have a sleep problem? The doctor recommending Elicea said that Stilnox in case of sleep problems temporarily will be ok, I mean more about the integration (does it occur at all) of these three drugs?
