I have been taking Belara birth control pills for 3 years and now I have been bleeding while taking the pills, is this a cause for concern? Before, I did not have such bleeding and if it can be once or twice at the very beginning of the reception, I will also add that I have recently had a very hard time and a lot of work it can be a sign of a solstice?

Intracyclic bleeding is an adverse reaction that often accompanies taking birth control pills. It can occur not only at the beginning of using birth control pills, but also after a long time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. Usually, this is not a cause for concern, but if such bleeding has not occurred before, it is worth consulting a gynecologist who will conduct appropriate tests and exclude non-hormonal causes of bleeding. If the pills were used as directed, then contraceptive protection remains preserved.
