If I got bleeding two days earlier than usual, is that a cause for concern?

Good morning. I have been taking Madinette birth control pills for over a year. I recently had bleeding on the last day of taking the tablet (21) and lasted as long as the withdrawal bleeding usually lasts. Normally it starts 2 days after I stop taking them during a break. I use the tablets correctly at the same time, I do not use any other medication and I did not miss any dose. Normally, I did not have irregular bleeding. Do I have any reason to worry?
